Holliday Rock has been in the constructions materials business for seventy-five years and is one of the largest independent producers of aggregate, concrete and asphalt in the United States. A perennial Top 100 producer of Sand and Gravel, Holliday was ranked 40th out of 4,000+ companies in the year 2010 (According to the 2010 USGS Mineral Industry Survey). Holliday is currently 49th for The Concrete Producerís annual top 100 list. Holliday operates nine aggregate plants, eight hot mix asphalt plants, and twenty ready mix concrete plants. These plants service San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Kern and Orange Counties.

Notable projects that Holliday has supplied material to include the recently completed 405/605/22 interchange. The Eighth & Grand mixed use building in Downtown Los Angeles that included seven stories above grade and three below grade. The first West Coast Great Wolf Lodge & Water Park in Garden Grove that included nine story concrete tilt-up panels. The F. E. Weymouth Water Treatment Plant Oxidation Retrofit that included high-strength concrete, and ultra-fine fly ash. Masterlife 300D by BASF, a crystalline capillary waterproofing admixture was used in all the water containment structures to produce a dense concrete with very low permeability.
